Adobe Standard XI Installation - Error during installation of - Microsoft Community
Dear all, I was trying to install Adobe Acrobat and few other games and similar softwares. I am using Windows 7. Home Edition 64bit While installing, it stopped in the middle showing the above error. I tried many of the other solutions given online, but none are working. Your help would be very much appreciated.

I tried the suggested troubleshooting, but neither of them worked. To answer your questions, Nope, i am not being able to install any such softwares like Adobe Acrobat or MS Office and so on. It is showing the same errors. Error Even when I am trying to install a game Microsoft Flight Simulator, its showing me similar error.
I made quiet a lot of changes to my laptop long back to make my computer run faster. And I think all problems started showing up since then. And I have tried almost all the troubleshooting procedures available online.

The windows-installer files that are given on the 3rd website are for Windows-XP and Vista. As a whole my problem is not solved. I would sincerely appreciate your further advices. Mushfiqul Alam.
